This page explains what information Cascade Collective collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you fill out our booking form, we collect what you type: your name, business name, email, phone number (if you add it), what you want to make, and your message. We also note which consent boxes you checked.
The "What's your business called?" box on our home page stays in your browser tab. We do not receive it unless you later type it into the booking form and send it.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and plan your shoot.
- To send texts or make calls about your inquiry, only if you agreed to that.
- To send occasional emails with tips and news, only if you agreed to that.
- To keep our website safe and working.
Text messages and calls
If you agree to texts and calls, we may contact you at the number you gave us about your inquiry and booking. Calls may use an automated system or an AI voice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing. Consent data is used only to send you the messages you agreed to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and customer management tools, and only so they can do that work for us. We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to work with you, and to meet legal or accounting rules. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
